All classes begin at 8:00 AM and dismiss between 3:15 - 3:20 PM.  All students arriving in the morning will be dropped off in the front area.  No student should be dropped off before 7:00 AM.  Any student that needs to be at school between 7:00-7:30 must report to Room 101. All students arriving between 7:30-7:45 AM are to proceed directly to the designated classroom. Students arriving between 7:45 - 8:00 AM will report to their homeroom classroom. 

Any child arriving after 8:00 AM is counted tardy.

In the event there is inclement weather or power failure so that school will not be in session, Trinity Lutheran School and Early Childhood will use the following methods to communicate this to each family.

1. Listen to the following media outlets in the following order.

     A. KTRH (740 AM Radio)

     B. KSBJ (89.3 FM Radio)

     C. Channel 26-13-11 Television

2. Administration will call each teacher who will then call the head room parent.

3. Through the effort of the teachers and volunteers, an effort will be made to contact each family.

4. A message will be left on the school voice mail (ext. 413).

 
Extended Care PDF Print E-mail

Th phone number of Trinity's Extended Care is (281) 814-3173 .

Trinity provides supervised care for children before and after regular school hours.  Extended care is available from 7:00AM though 6:00PM. Students arriving before 7:50AM must report to early morning care in Room 101.  At 7:30AM students in grades 1-8 will be sent to the designated before school care classroom. At 3:30PM all students not picked up must report to the appropriate extended care room, or they must be under direct supervision of a parent, teacher or coach.

Parents or designated care-givers, must sign their children out of extended day care.

Parents will be billed $1.50 per half hour or portion thereof until 6:00PM. After 6:00Pm the fee will increase to $5.00 per 15 minutes.

A room will be provided for students to do homework in a quiet environment from 3:30-4:15, Monday thru Thursday. Various teachers will be present to answer questions and provide tutoring within the teacher's capabilities.
